Fahita is a dish of beloved dishes because of its good taste and because of its nutritious and light cuisine at the same time. 

The Mexican cuisine is one of Mexico's most popular dishes, and it has spread to America and all over the world. 

Its distinctive flavor and speed of preparation made it an ideal choice for fast-living lovers. There are two types: chicken fajitas and meat fajitas, and the recipes are prepared almost in the same way.

Meat Fajita

  • 1 kg steak meat, sliced
  • 1great onion bead, sliced thin
  • 1grain red pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1grain green pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1grain yellow pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1⁄4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano ground dryer
  • 1 teaspoon ground cummins
  • 1 teaspoon ground red chilli

Meat Fajita Method

  1. In a large bowl, put the oil, lemon juice, cumin, chilli and oregano. Add the meat and stir well.
  2. Wrap the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the onion and colored pepper to a spoonful of hot oil and stir well.
  4. Add the meat mixture in the same pot and stir for 5 minutes. Then cover the pot and simmer for the same period as well.
  5. Remove the lid and stir until the liquids are dry and serve hot.

  1. 800g steak meat
  2. 1 Red Pepper
  3. 1 Green Turkey Pepper
  4. 1 yellow pepper
  5. 1 onion pill
  6. 3 cup lettuce clip
  7. 3 tomatoes
  8. 1 tbsp jalapeño pepper
  9. 1⁄4 cup of green coriander
  10. 1 tbsp lemon juice

  1. Slice the meat, vegetables and onions.
  2. Grill the flesh from both sides until it is brown. Cover for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook the onion and turkey pepper on the grill and then add the meat and seasoning to the mixture and stir well. Then serve it hot.

  • 1⁄2 Kilo Astic Meat Cut Thick Slices
  • 1 Large Tin Mushroom
  • 3 pepper beads three colors
  • 1 onion pill
  • 2 garlic cloves mashed
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 Pressed Lemon Beads
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cummins
  • 1 teaspoon ground red chilli
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  1. Wash the meat and season with salt and black pepper, then sauté in two oil hangers in a hot pan for 4 minutes on each side, then set aside.
  2. Wash all the vegetables, slice them thinly, then slice the onions in a frying pan over the heat.
  3. After the onion has dissolved, add the garlic and chutney, then add the pepper after 4 minutes, and after 4 minutes of stirring add the tomatoes, seasoning, lemon, coriander and tomato sauce. Return the cooked weft back to the mixture and stir well then serve hot.
