  • 1 kg meat cut
  • 3 cups rice bismati washed and drained
  • 3 Large onion (slices)
  • 1 tomato (peeled and seeded)
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄4 cup tomato sauce
  • 6 Hill Beads
  • 6 Carnations
  • 6 black pepper kernels
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 Lomé
  • 3 teaspoons spice caps
  • Oil

  1. In a non-stick saucepan on the fire, heat the oil and then add the onion slices, red, stirring until the onion turns golden.
  2. Lift the onion from the saucepan and transfer to a bowl sideways
  3. Equally, add the pieces of meat and red well.
  4. Add half the onion and other ingredients except the leap spices, stir well
  5. Add 4 boiling water cups and let the mix cook until the meat has matured.
  6. After the meat is cooked, wait until the water boils and add the leap spices, salt and rice

  • 1⁄2 1 Kilo Sliced Sheep Meat
  • 3 chopped onions
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 green capsicum, cut into cubes
  • 1⁄4 grated carrot cup
  • 3 sliced tomatoes
  • 2 Hill
  • 2 Bay Paper
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon carnation
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1⁄4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cummins
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon dry coriander
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 Lomé
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


For rice:


  • 2 cups Basmati rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon saffron

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan and red onion and garlic
  • Add cardamom, bay paper, cinnamon and cloves, and continue to brown for a minute
  • Add capsicum and carrot, stir into mix
  • Season with coriander, cummins, crushed cinnamon, black pepper, salt and turmeric
  • Add the meat, stirring, until slightly cooked. Stir in the tomatoes for 10 minutes.

  • 2 kg meat, clip
  • 1 large onion, halved
  • 4 cup white rice, washed and soaked for a full hour
  • 3 hot green peppers

  • 2 broth cube

  • 3 tbsp seasoning caps
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt, according to taste

  1. Peel the tomatoes, onions and garlic, and finely chop them. Heat the oil in the pressure saucepan over medium heat
  2. Add the onion and reds for 2 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients with the meat, stirring constantly
  3. Close the cooking pot and let it cook for 20 minutes
  4. Add the rice to the saucepan with the chickpeas and water, then reduce the heat and continue cooking for 7-10 minutes.
